Our work is not a quick fix. It’s a long journey of healing, regeneration, and empowerment — rooted in the land and in community. This 5-year plan outlines how we grow, together.
Phase Overview
- Year 1: Foundation & Awareness
- Year 2: Strengthening & Local Networking

Year 1: Foundation & Awareness (2025–2026)
Legal registration, community socialization, seed mapping, women’s workshops, and children’s learning activities begin. First demonstration gardens and tree planting. Launch of the “Guardians of Seeds” campaign.
Year 2: Strengthening & Local Networking (2026–2027)
Community seed banks in 2–3 villages. Local food production, community markets, and regular children’s nature-based learning. First small-scale Seed & Nature Festival.
Year 3: Expansion & Collaboration (2027–2028)
New seed banks, women’s seed school, youth camps, learning gardens, local product development, collaboration with universities and NGOs. Storybooks and short films produced.
Year 4: System & Advocacy (2028–2029)
Women’s cooperative launched. Food forests planted. Alternative education curriculum piloted. Policy advocacy for seed/tree protection. Large-scale Seed & Forest Festival held.
Year 5: Global Networking (2029–2030)
Flores connects with global seed networks. Publication of “Guardians of Seeds from Flores”. International outreach, global online events, and mentoring for future generations. A women-led model of resilience for the world.
